Personal Property Pack-Out & Storage

Many of our jobs involve situations where personal contents need to be packed and moved out of the way. A lot of people don't have room to move their contents anywhere. That's where our personal storage units at our facility in Alpena comes in. We house 12 storage units of varying sizes.

Here is a picture of one side of our units. This side houses 6 units. Each unit is seperated by a double layer of visqueen keeping the units completely seperate.

To keep fragiles safe we have different sections of storage. This is our picture rack. It is used to hold all pictures from every house to keep them safe. All pictures or mirrors are bubble wrapped and inventoried.

Our facility has a laundry room for cleaned laundry. Every Bag is labeled with a customer's name and is seperated. This storage is for customers that may have had a fire to prevent the transfer of smoke smell to the clothes.

When packing out a house our crew does a full inventory of everything leaving the site. That way if the items need to be stored for a long time finding something the homeowner might need will be easier.
